BySjezz strives to ship orders as quickly as possible.
The estimated delivery time for BySjezz Biothane collars and leashes is between 3 to 4 working weeks, while 'ready to ship' items are shipped within 2-3 working days.
Free shipping within Belgium is available for orders over 80 euros. For the Netherlands and Germany above 100 euros. All other shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
For shipping you can choose between home delivery or service point delivery, collect your orders at a collection point. After payment, a folder will appear where you can indicate your desired collection point.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace via email.
For deliveries outside Belgium, customs duties, taxes and other charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Complaints about the condition of the delivered goods must be reported within 2 working days of receipt.

BySjezz collars, leashes and/or long leashes are custom-made and therefore fall outside the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
Customers are encouraged to contact BySjezz by email if there are any problems with the product received, if it does not meet expectations, if the wrong product has been received or in case of complaints.
